What do I need to run it?
A Microsoft NT or 2000 server with IIS4 or IIS5. The users need to have either Internet Explorer or Netscape.

Do I have to buy any more hardware?
The products are designed to use very few computer resources and not slow down other running applications.

Will it match the software I already have?
All products will integrate seamlessly with your front and back office systems and existing software.

How long does it take to install and how long is the training?
Both installation and training are completed in hours, not days and all products are very easy to use.

I have staff on remote sites, how can they access the product?
Products are web enabled and are designed for real-time access from the Internet or company Intranet.
