The solution has been designed to simplify and make more efficient the communication between the stake presidency, the members of the High Council and Bishops.

This solution has been working very successfully in one of the Australian stakes getting the following benefits:

• Confidentiality is kept via a security system which restricts access to authorised personnel only.
• Items are assigned and actioned without having to wait for Stake meetings.
• People are notified of new items to address via emails.
• No time is spent reporting about the assigned items at personal interviews.
• Each authorised person is aware of addresses and periods of service of full-time missionaries. The Stake newsletter includes this information for members interested on writing to missionaries in the field.
• The calendar of Stake activities is displayed by month and a version is available by Organisation.

In the near future, the following functions will be included:

• Quarterly statistics by unit and stake level. Analysis of trends for the last 2 years.
• Track of Stake callings and releases. History of Stake officers.
